Once again this new author proves that he can hold his own with others like Kim Harrison and Jim Butcher. Also shows that not all sequels are less engaging than the originals. He manages to keep it light and entertaining for most of it, and still throws in the references that you love in the first two books. Although I personally think he may be a little into Game of Thrones at the moment!Quick recap of the book, we are introduced to some new characters, Cole is his normal badass self, learns some new tricks through the help of Airi, and we finally find out the truth that has been hidden. Be warned though, this book contains lots of feels. While parts make you laugh, there are definitely parts that make you wonder how the author could write that! Really like this series and can't wait for more. Glad I scooped up all the ones that are out after reading the first one!
